Gift Voucher Policy

Gift vouchers are available to be redeemed towards services offered by East Coast Clinic. Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of service and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost. Gift vouchers expire after 6 months and cannot be used after this time. Gift vouchers are transferable and can be used by anyone who presents it. East Coast Clinic is not responsible for any unauthorised use of a gift voucher. East Coast Clinic reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the gift voucher policy at any time without prior notice. Use of the gift voucher will be subject to a consultation with a member of the East Coast Clinic team who deems the treatment to be appropriate. Thank you for choosing East Coast Clinic!
